Nagpalabas ngayon ng Environmental Compliance Commitment
(ECC) Regulations Information Campaign ang Environmental Management Bureau
(EMB) Region 6 sa Boracay.
Ito ay isang dokumento na inilabas ng EMB ng Department
of Environmental and Natural Resources (DENR) matapos ang positibong review ng
ECC application.
Nabatid na kailangang mag-apply ng ECC dahil sa
presidential decree No. 1151 o ang Philippine Environmental Policy, Section 4.
Nabatid na kinakailangan lamang sa pag-apply sa ECC ng
mga taga Boracay ay ang pagkakaroon ng proof of ownership-Land Tile Tenurial
Instrument, Certificate mula sa PENRO Aklan sa status ng project area,
certificate ng compliance sa 25+5 meters shoreline at road easement mula sa
Boracay Task Force.
Kasama rin dito ang Zoning certificate, survey plan, site
development plan, vicinity Map or Topographic Map, certificate of connection
mula sa BIWC, Department of Tourism Endorsement para sa bagong project at Geo
hazard identification report para sa mga building na apat o higit pa na palapag.
